I have 25+ years experience as a special education and general education teacher in elementary, middle, and high school. I love working with students, especially when I can help them understand something that once seemed difficult. I started in an elementary school but have spent 12 years teaching virtually in all grade levels also. In that same time, I was homeschooling my own children which gave me deeper levels of understanding the struggle of dyslexia than any classroom experience ever had. They were able to explain to me the nuances that many never understand. I used all of my experience and training as a special education teacher, researched further, and tried new things that no curriculum had ever shown me. The result is The Chameleon Readers Method.
